Shanghai Xijiao International Agricultural Product Trade Center (2012)On September 2012, APC has entered into cooperative agreement with Xijiao International to operate an agricultural cold chain and auctioning center on an exclusive basis. For Phase 1 development, APC will operate in a 20,000 square meters facility.
As one of the major projects of Shanghai, Xijiao International Agricultural Product Trade Center is a modern comprehensive central wholesale market in the Yangtze River Delta. Based in Shanghai, it serves the entire country connecting local and international markets, it also serves as the main channel for import and export of agricultural products. Xijiao International is positioned by the Shanghai government to lead in the breakthrough in more efficient trading modes, standardized operations, food safety assurance systems and the application of advanced equipment & technologies.
The total area of Xijiao International is 1658 mu (110.53 ha), with a floor space of 450,000 square meters. Xijiao International is founded and led by the China state-owned institution.
